Block of feta cheese
Dried chilli flakes
Extra virgin olive oil
To serve: cocktail sticks
Place the block of feta on the serving board or platter and cut into bite-sized cubes. Sprinkle over the dried oregano, chilli flakes and salt, and grind over some pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and either serve immediately or let stand for up to 30 minutes at room temperature. Serve with cocktail sticks.
Tip: Try experimenting with different flavours such as fennel seeds, honey, sumac, lemon zest, pomegranate, or fresh herbs.
